With hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, I support system onboarding, troubleshooting, and operational workflows. I bridge the gap between users, developers, and infrastructure to ensure systems work as intended.

I am an IT professional and software developer with a strong foundation in application development, data analytics, and enterprise systems support.
Most recently, I worked as a Base Administrator, where I supported system onboarding, resolved technical issues, built dashboards using Power BI and ServiceNow, and maintained customer-facing tools such as SharePoint sites.
Since completing that contract, I have been focused on building and refining my skills in React Native and cloud infrastructure using Terraform, emphasizing clean architecture, thoughtful UX, and practical problem-solving. I enjoy breaking down complex problems, documenting tradeoffs, and iterating based on feedback.
I hold degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Business Administration, along with certifications in Azure Fundamentals, Security+, and programming foundations. I am currently seeking a software engineering or cloud-focused role where I can apply my skills to real-world problems and continue growing as an engineer.
